Here at Chelseas we hold appointments especially for you. It is important that you give us 24 hours notice for cancelations. Less than 24hours notice may result in a cancelation fee of 50% of treatment value. We understand emergencies can arise and may be unavoidable and we will try our best to be understanding in these circumstances. We hope you understand as this allows us to accommodate other clients that miss out on appointment times.
